From its destination retail district to its historic hill, the Talbot/Valley neighborhood offers a little of everything and plenty for everyone.

The Valley neighborhood is home to the celebrated Evergreen City Ballet and Washington state’s only IKEA store, with its acres of sofas, Swedish meatballs and a whole lot more. The Talbot neighborhood, a coal mining community in the 1870s, is a mix of historic and modern suburbia complete with sweeping valley and sunset views. Activities here run the gamut from pickleball to fishing to table games at the casino.
